Located in Fairhaven’s historic Waldron Block, the condominium featured high-end finishes, custom cabinetry, and traditionally crafted trim assemblies with layered profiles, plinth blocks, and period-appropriate details.

Matching the original craftsmanship required custom fabrication. Our specialty mill shop reproduced the original plinth blocks and casing profiles to preserve the character of the interior.

The building’s layout also presented logistical challenges, requiring drywall and other materials to be delivered to the unit by crane.
