About Franz | Wolf Build and Restore

Experienced Insurance Restoration Contractor

Franz began his construction career installing, sanding and finishing hardwood floors in 1986. Over four decades, that hands-on experience has grown into full-service property restoration, rebuilding and remodeling. His work spans residential and multifamily properties, commercial buildings, hotels, resorts and historic properties.

As owner of Wolf Build and Restore, Franz combines practical construction knowledge, project management and attention to detail to deliver quality results. From insurance restoration to planned renovations, his approach is straightforward: communicate clearly, plan carefully and do it right the first time.

Water, Fire and Wind Damage Restoration

Property damage requires more than repairing what is visible. Successful reconstruction depends on understanding building systems, coordinating trades and materials, and managing the details from start to finish.

Franz and his team handle reconstruction following water, fire and wind damage, working directly with property owners, insurance adjusters, mitigation companies and other project partners. We coordinate construction scopes, budgets, scheduling and repairs to restore properties properly and make the rebuilding process easier to manage.

Residential and Commercial Remodeling

Wolf Build and Restore also provides residential and commercial remodeling services, from individual room updates and finish improvements to larger renovation projects. Whether improving an existing space or updating an aging property, we bring the same hands-on experience, careful planning and commitment to craftsmanship to every project.

Hands-On Project Management

Every successful project needs clear communication, realistic scheduling and accountability. Franz stays involved throughout construction, coordinating trades, materials, budgets and schedules while helping resolve challenges as they arise.

Our team takes pride in quality workmanship and respectful service, particularly when working in occupied homes, businesses and hospitality environments. With one experienced point of contact overseeing the work, property owners have a clear path from the initial scope through completion.

At Wolf Build and Restore, our goal is simple: do it right the first time and deliver restoration and remodeling work built to last.
