This project involved the restoration of a large-loss industrial building following significant fire damage.
The facility remained fully operational throughout construction, requiring careful planning, coordination, and execution. Approximately 10,000 square feet of affected space was demolished and rebuilt, including SIP panels damaged when the fire melted the foam core.
We supplied all materials and labor, led the design, and managed the project from start to finish. New walls and floors were reconstructed, carefully tying into the existing structure. The scope included new windows, mechanical systems including fire suppression, siding, insulation, drywall, and complete interior finishes.
The project delivered rebuilt offices, employee break areas, common areas and hallways, restrooms, and a kitchen.
