Fire damage originating from an unattended candle in an upstairs bedroom affected the entire home, requiring a full restoration.

The house was taken down to the studs, with structural truss repairs completed under the direction of a structural engineer. The project included permitting, new windows, updated heating flex ducting, and two coats of shellac-based primer applied to all framing. New insulation, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, trim, electrical, and plumbing were installed throughout.

We worked closely with the homeowner to shape both the interior and exterior design. During construction, the scope expanded to include a new roof, deck repairs, and a complete exterior refresh.
