FRANZ began his experience in building and restoration long before his working years. Raised in a family of engineers and artists, he learned tool use, problem-solving, and craftsmanship early from his father, a Boeing engineer.

He entered the trades at 18 as a hardwood floor installer and refinisher, and in 2026 marks forty years in the building, renovation, and restoration field. His experience spans single-family homes, multi-family rehabs, historic restorations, high-rise projects, tenant improvements, and large hotel and resort renovations across the United States, as well as projects in Canada and Japan.

In insurance restoration, clients often come at a time of disruption. He brings clarity to complex situations, identifying the path forward regardless of a property’s condition. He works closely with owners, insurance adjusters, and project teams from initial assessment through completion.

His in-house labor and trusted subcontractors focus on durable workmanship and steady execution, treating each project as if it were their own—restoring properties to pre-loss condition or better through clear communication, consistency, and care.
