The work at this property began with the restoration of a fire damaged unit and later expanded into a full renovation of the 20-unit apartment property across three separate buildings.
After a new owner purchased the property, we were asked to remodel the interiors of all units, along with the exterior. The buildings had been constructed by the original owner and used as rental housing for more than 30 years, resulting in considerable wear throughout.
Using reference images provided by the owner, we developed a design direction and completed comprehensive interior upgrades. The work included demolition of existing carpet, laminate floors, cabinetry, and trim; repair of subfloor rot at kitchens and bathrooms; drywall repairs; and the supply and installation of LVP flooring, new cabinetry and countertops, plumbing fixtures, breaker panels, electrical devices, interior paint, and door hardware.
On the exterior, we blended existing sound finishes with newly painted areas, corrected mismatched colors, and created a more unified appearance. After completing the first model unit, we refined the approach and adjusted the scope as needed for each unit, while maintaining consistent upgrade and feel including flooring, paint, hardware, and plumbing and electrical improvements throughout the property.
