For this project, we completed a full exterior and grounds refresh of a 12-unit apartment building.

We were given design latitude to guide the overall update, including development of a new exterior paint scheme. The scope included new unit entry lighting and number labeling (supply and installation), landscaping improvements, tree pruning, bush trimming, and full pressure washing.

We designed and built a new, highly visible address sign to complete the upgrade. The building received two coats of Sherwin-Williams Satin SuperPaint exterior paint. As work progressed, areas of rot were identified and repaired as needed to ensure long-term durability.
